A room within a property or an entire property that has it’s own rate/price is classed as an “Accommodation Type”. You can mix and match as you wish.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Our products are only suited for WordPress Environments. If your website is built on another platform, IE. Wix or Springnest, you would need the Pro Package.
To ensure clarity and fair service delivery, the following limitations apply to both the initial website build and ongoing maintenance. These boundaries define what is included under your selected package and when additional work may require a separate quote or agreement.
Standard Package: We would need to perform a site audit to establish if your website is suitable to integrate our Booking System. (Maybe it is time to get a new high performance, professional looking website?)
Your Pro, Master and Elite website package includes a complete, professionally designed website that is 100% functional to take bookings and receive payments within the following limits:
Static Pages: Up to 8 standard static pages of your choice such as (examples):

Dynamic Pages – Accommodation Types: Setup of up to 5 accommodation types (e.g., rooms, units, lodges). These are included in the menu.
Additional accommodation types can be added by the client after delivery.
Full training will be provided on how to manage and add more accommodation types independently.
Functionality: Includes booking engine integration, payment gateway setup and integration, contact form, image galleries, and mobile responsiveness.
OTA Sync: We will sync 5 OTAs for you and then provide training and support for you to add any additional OTAs to sync.
Content Input: Client must provide all content (text, images, etc.) before the build begins. Placeholder content may be used if necessary.
After the website is live, we offer support and minor updates under the following reasonable use guidelines:
Content Edits: Up to 2 free minor content edits per month (e.g., update text, replace images).
New Pages: Up to 1 additional page every two months (standard layout only).
Initial Design Revisions: Up to 2 revision rounds per page during initial build only. Major redesigns post-launch are billable.
Support Requests: Unlimited support queries per month.
Opertational Requests (ex. how do I…): We are here to help but request that you please consult the training material first.
Response times for Changes: Most changes are actioned within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity and queue.
