Refunds Policy
This Refunds Policy explains how African Nomad handles refunds for digital products, subscriptions, licences, downloads and related services.

Digital product access
African Nomad products may include downloadable software, themes, add-ons and digital documentation. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited once a licence, download or product access has been issued.
Subscription cancellations
Customers may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation options available in the customer portal or billing flow. Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewals; it does not automatically create a refund for previous periods already billed.
When a refund may be considered
A refund request may be reviewed where there is a duplicate payment, a billing error, failure to receive access after payment, or a confirmed technical issue that prevents the core product from being used and cannot reasonably be resolved by support.
When a refund may not apply
Refunds may not apply where the product has already been downloaded or used, where the issue is caused by hosting, third-party plugins, custom modifications, incorrect setup, unsupported environments, change of mind, or a feature that was not advertised as included in the selected plan.
Setup and service work
Website setup, configuration, customisation, migration, consulting, support retainers or once-off service work may have separate refund terms because time and work may begin before the final website is launched.
How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, contact African Nomad with your name, account email, order or subscription reference, product name, payment date and a clear description of the issue.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed using the available payment channel where possible. Bank, card or payment gateway processing times may vary and are outside African Nomad’s direct control.
