Open Premium Modules inside the Pro Add-on to see active and locked modules.
Adding accommodation options
Accommodation Options / Accommodation Booking Manager Free
How to add rooms, units, cottages, villas or accommodation types under a property.
Accommodation options are the rooms, units or stay types that guests can enquire about.
Examples include:
- Standard Room
- Deluxe Sea View Room
- Family Unit
- Self-Catering Cottage
- Private Villa
- Campsite
To add an accommodation option:
1. Open the manager dashboard.
2. Go to Accommodation Options.
3. Select the related property.
4. Add the accommodation name and description.
5. Add guest capacity, adult capacity and child capacity where available.
6. Add bedroom, bathroom and bed information.
7. Add images for that accommodation option.
8. Add amenities, free services, free activities and policies if they differ from the property.
9. Save the accommodation option.
Accommodation options can then be linked to seasons, rates and availability blocks.
