Creating your first property

How to add the main property record that accommodation options, rates and availability will link to.
A property is the main accommodation business or stay that appears on your website.
To create a property:
1. Open the Accommodation Manager Console.
2. Go to Add Property.
3. Enter the property name.
4. Choose the rental mode.
5. Add the location details: country, province/state, area and address.
6. Add the property description.
7. Add a hero image and gallery images.
8. Add amenities, free services, activities or experiences if available.
9. Add policies such as house rules, check-in/check-out information, child policy, pet policy and cancellation policy.
10. Save the property.
Once saved, the property can be linked to accommodation options, seasons, rates and availability blocks.
Use clear descriptions and good images. The public listing and detail pages rely heavily on this information.
