How the enquiry and quote-request workflow works
Enquiries & Quotes / Accommodation Booking Manager Free
Explains what happens when a visitor submits a quote or enquiry request.
The free version focuses on enquiries and quote requests rather than paid online bookings.
A typical workflow is:
1. A visitor browses listings.
2. The visitor opens a stay or accommodation detail page.
3. The visitor selects dates and guest numbers.
4. The visitor submits the enquiry or quote request form.
5. The system checks available data such as rates, seasons, minimum stay and blocked dates.
6. A quote/enquiry record is created.
7. The manager reviews it from the Enquiries tab.
8. The manager can follow up with the guest.
Payment requests, deposits, WooCommerce payment sync and full paid booking workflows are planned for the Pro edition.
