What to check when a customer has an active license but no available download.
If a customer has an active license but the download is missing, check:
1. The license product name.
2. The download product name or slug.
3. Whether the download record is active.
4. Whether the ZIP/package is attached.
5. Whether the customer has access to that download.
6. Whether the product mapping has changed.
7. Whether caching is hiding the latest portal data.
The customer-facing message may say the license exists but no active download package is mapped to the product.
