How seasons, rates and blocked dates work together for quote calculations.
Seasons define date ranges. Rates define the price for a property or accommodation option during a season. Availability blocks mark dates or units as unavailable.
Check these items when quotes or rates look wrong:
- The season date range covers the guest dates.
- The rate is linked to the correct season.
- The rate is linked to the correct accommodation option where applicable.
- Minimum stay rules are not blocking the quote.
- Adult, child and guest counts are within capacity.
- Availability blocks are not blocking the requested dates.
- The selected accommodation option has matching rates.
