Activating a license
Buy or assign a paid add-on license, then activate the key.
Unlocking modules
Open Premium Modules inside the Pro Add-on to see active and locked modules.
Shortcode does not display anything
Troubleshooting / Accommodation Booking Manager Free
Common reasons a shortcode page appears empty or incomplete.
If a shortcode does not display anything, check the following:
1. Confirm the plugin is activated.
2. Confirm the shortcode is typed correctly.
3. Use the new anabm_ shortcode names where possible.
4. Make sure the page is published.
5. Confirm you have added at least one property.
6. Confirm the property has the correct status for public display.
7. Confirm accommodation options exist where required.
8. Confirm rates and seasons exist if the page needs pricing.
9. Clear page cache and browser cache.
10. If using Elementor, check that the shortcode widget or Elementor widget is not hidden by responsive settings.
For the manager dashboard shortcode, the user must be logged in and must have permission to access the dashboard.
