The African Nomad AI Assistant helps customers with product, setup, licensing, download and support questions.
The AI Assistant can learn from:
- Documentation articles.
- Portal product/download records.
- Indexed plugin source knowledge.
- Installed Free/Pro plugin files.
- Public frontend pages when frontend website learning is enabled.
- Live customer license context for logged-in users.
If the AI cannot answer confidently, it can escalate the conversation to the support ticket system.
Customer-specific license data is used live for the logged-in customer and should not be stored in the global knowledge index.
