Where customers access downloads, licenses, documentation, themes and support.
The Customer Portal is the central place for customer access.
Customers should use the portal to:
- View their available downloads.
- Check license status.
- See activated websites.
- Download themes where allowed.
- Open or view support tickets.
- Access documentation.
Support is no longer intended as a standalone public menu item. Customers should access support from inside the Customer Portal so support requests can be connected to the correct account, product, license and website where possible.
