The free version is designed for accommodation websites that need property listings, accommodation options, rates, seasons, availability blocks, public listing pages, stay detail pages and enquiry or quote-request workflows.
Typical users include guesthouses, lodges, villas, boutique hotels, self-catering accommodation providers and agencies building accommodation websites.
A basic setup usually follows this order:
1. Install and activate the plugin.
2. Open Accommodation Manager in the WordPress dashboard.
3. Check Settings and run setup/repair only if needed.
4. Create your property.
5. Add accommodation options such as rooms, units or full-property stays.
6. Add seasons.
7. Add rates linked to the correct season and accommodation option.
8. Add availability blocks for dates that must not be sold or quoted.
9. Add public pages using the included shortcodes or Elementor widgets.
10. Test the public enquiry or quote-request workflow.
