Seasons & Rates / Accommodation Booking Manager Free
How to add pricing rules linked to properties, accommodation options and seasons.
Rates tell the system what to quote for a stay during a specific season.
To add a rate:
1. Open the manager dashboard.
2. Go to Rates.
3. Select the property.
4. Select the accommodation option if required.
5. Select the correct season.
6. Choose the pricing mode available for your setup.
7. Enter the base rate.
8. Add adult and child rates if your pricing uses them.
9. Set minimum stay where required.
10. Add fees if available in your setup.
11. Save the rate.
Always check that the rate is linked to the correct accommodation option and season. If the wrong season is selected, the system may not find the expected rate when calculating a quote.
