How product downloads are made visible and how license-gated downloads are matched to customers.
Downloads are controlled from the African Nomad Portal admin area.
For a customer to see a paid product download, the portal normally needs:
1. A customer account.
2. An active license assigned to that customer.
3. A download record mapped to the same product.
4. A valid ZIP/package attached to the download.
5. The download record set to active.
If a customer has an active license but cannot download the product, first check whether the download record exists, is active and is mapped to the correct product name or product slug.
A common admin message is: "License found, download package missing." This usually means the license is valid but the portal cannot find an active download package for the matching product.
