How managers can review and act on incoming enquiries or quote requests.
Incoming quote requests are managed from the Enquiries tab in the manager dashboard.
Use this area to:
- View guest details.
- Review selected property and accommodation option.
- Check requested dates.
- Check guest counts.
- Review calculated quote information where available.
- Update enquiry status.
- Send or resend quote emails where supported.
- Convert or process the enquiry when appropriate.
Before responding to a guest, confirm that the selected dates and accommodation option are still available.
If quote values look incorrect, check seasons, rates, guest counts, minimum stay and availability blocks.
